Craig DiPetrillo

As the President of DiPetrillo Properties, a company that specializes in planning, investments and construction within the real estate industry, I am able to utilize my creative entrepreneurial skills in the development and execution of business plans and ideas for our client projects, as well as our own. The breadth and depth of my experience across the different sectors of the construction and development industry has led to my current focus on helping bring business and real estate investment concepts, ideas and products to profitable fruition. I continue to be involved in the strategic planning, monitoring and investing of many ventures and construction projects. As a seasoned Architectural, Engineering and Interior Design professional for more than 20 years and with the credibility and licensing to support the successful execution of projects with relative ease among the many obstacles that private, local and state governments often present to real estate projects…I am often referred to as a ‘bridge’ of communication. I have developed a unique set of problem solving skills that have proven beneficial time and again thus saving clients/projects valuable time and money. My architectural clientele portfolio includes: CVS Corporation, Friendly’s Restaurants, Chelos restaurants, GNC, Blockbuster, Subway.
